Cookies Policy
The purpose of this cookie policy is to explain in simple terms what cookies and other trackers are, what they are used for, and how you can manage them.
This will give you all the information you need to decide which types of cookies you want to allow.
You choose which ones you want to enable. You can change your choices at any time by clicking on “Manage cookies” at the bottom of our website.

How can I manage cookies?
1. What is a cookie?
We would have preferred to tell you about the little round chocolate chip cookies that are so popular with food lovers, but we have to tell you about another kind of cookie, a more technical one, which is placed on your device when you browse the Internet and, more specifically, our website (which we will refer to as the “Site”).
When you are on your computer, tablet, or mobile device, you, or rather your device, transmits information without your knowledge, leaving traces of your visit on the websites you visit.
The term “cookie” or “tracker” refers to a small amount of data, identified by a name, which is sent by a web server to be stored in your browser. It collects certain information when you browse the various pages of the Site (e.g., the pages viewed, the date and time of the connection, the duration of the visit, etc.).
It does not contain any personal information that you provide on the Site, such as your first and last names, address, etc. Therefore, it cannot be used on its own to identify you personally. In other words, the cookie alone allows us to recognize your device when you connect to the Site, but it does not allow us to know that it is you, Mr. Dupont, who is behind it.
These are all pieces of information, but they are not viruses.
Cookies are not dangerous to your health or your device ;).
2. Who can place cookies on the Site?
IF NO THIRD-PARTY COOKIES ARE PLACED (e.g., site with only Google Analytics): All cookies are placed by or on behalf of ADLPartner, the data controller and publisher of the Site.
OR
IF THIRD-PARTY COOKIES ARE PLACED (ON THEIR OWN BEHALF): When you visit our Site, cookies are placed on your device (computer, mobile phone, or tablet) by ADLPartner, the Site publisher, and by third-party companies. ADLPartner and these third-party partners each act as data controllers
processing. The issuance and use of cookies by third-party companies on the Website are subject to their own cookie policies. Third-party cookies are not essential for browsing the Website.
You will find the updated list of partners who place cookies on their own behalf in the “cookies” banner or in the “Manage cookies” section.
3. What happens if I share my device with other people?
If your device (computer, tablet, mobile) is used by several people or has several browsers, you are responsible for sharing it with other people and configuring your browser settings for cookies.
This is because we cannot know whether the services and advertisements intended for your device correspond to your personal use and not to that of another user of your device.
4. What are the cookies placed on the Site used for?
Different cookies are used for different purposes. The cookies placed on this site are as follows:
Cookies necessary for the operation of the service (or “essential” cookies) or for the functionality of the Site
These cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and, as such, are exempt from consent.
These include, for example:
cookies storing the value of consent or refusal
cookies used for authentication
cookies for personalizing the user interface
cookies used to manage the content of the order and its payment.
These cookies do not require your consent but are in our legitimate interest.
Audience measurement cookies
These cookies are used to measure the audience and traffic on the Site.
To help us with this, we use Google Analytics, a website analysis service provided by the company of the same name, Google Inc. (“Google”).
The cookies generated by Google Analytics on our behalf collect the following information:
– the pages you visit on our Site,
– what you click on,
– the time spent on each page
– the links that brought you to us.
This enables us to improve our Site to better meet your expectations. These cookies are never cross-referenced with personal data such as your first and last names, telephone number, or nail polish color… 😉
Advertising cookies
Advertising cookies have various purposes. These include, for example:
Measuring the performance and effectiveness of the advertisements you see or interact with
Creating a personalized advertising profile about you and your interests in order to show you personalized advertisements that may be of interest to you, by combining this information with other information previously collected
Selecting advertisements based on the editorial content you view, the application you use, your approximate location, or your type of device.
The specific purposes of data collection for advertising targeting are described in the cookie banner on the Site. You can accept or refuse them on a case-by-case basis.
Social media sharing
These cookies allow you to share content on social networks or platforms present on our Site or to access the corresponding social network page.
5. How long are cookies stored?
We store your choices regarding your acceptance or refusal of cookies for 6 months. You can change your choices at any time by clicking on “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the Site.
Cookies are stored for a maximum of 13 months from the date of collection, with the exception of Google Analytics audience measurement cookies, which may be stored for a longer period. Google is solely responsible for the use and duration of the audience measurement cookies it places.
6. How to manage cookies
You are free to allow or refuse all or some of the cookies requiring consent at any time.
If you refuse, the cookies will not be deleted, but calls from partners to these cookies will be blocked and these cookies will no longer collect information. You can always delete them directly in your browser (see below).
There are different ways to configure and manage cookies depending on whether you wish to refuse all cookies requiring consent or certain types of cookies.
Please note: In order to take your refusal to accept cookies into account, we must install one. Therefore, if you disable all cookies on your device or change devices, we will no longer know that you have chosen this option.
Settings via the “Cookies” banner on the home page: When you first connect to the Site, you can set the cookies that will be stored on your device using the “cookies” banner on the Site’s home page.
This banner provides you with the following information:
– the types of cookies that will be stored on your device if you accept them;
– the partner companies that may also store cookies.
You can choose to accept all cookies or select:
– the cookies you accept and those you refuse based on their purpose;
– the partner companies whose cookies you accept.
You can also exit the cookie consent banner by clicking on “Continue without accepting” to refuse cookies. Please note that simply continuing to browse without clicking on one of the options offered by this cookie banner is equivalent to refusing consent.
If you refuse to accept or read cookies, a refusal cookie will be placed on your device to record the information that you have refused the use of cookies for a period of six months. If you delete this refusal cookie, it will no longer be possible to identify you as having refused the use of cookies.
Settings via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of our Site: Once you have accepted or refused all or some of the cookies, you can change your choices at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the Site. There you will find the latest settings you have made and you can change them as you wish.
Setting your browser to delete cookies: Most browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome automatically enable cookies. You can visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org/fr/gerer-les-cookies/ for more information on the most common browsers.
Reminder: a browser is a piece of software that allows you to view a website from a mobile device, tablet, or computer.
To change your browser settings, click on your browser link. If you don’t know where to find it, click on the “Help” icon at the top of your browser window, then select “About [browser name].” The information you need will then be displayed on the screen.
