DÉKUPLE China: growth in 2024 and strengthened international ambitions for 2025

For DÉKUPLE China, 2024 will have been a year of strategic validation. With revenue growth, sector diversification, high-impact collaborations and local alliances, the subsidiary is strengthening its role as a bridge between Europe and China. In 2025, it intends to accelerate methodically by consolidating its offerings, developing intercultural training and rolling out its ‘Brand + Performance’ approach. Benoit Raoult, co-founder, looks back on this controlled expansion.

What is yout assessment of the year 2024?

Benoit Raoult : 2024 was a year of validation and strategic expansion for DÉKUPLE China. We achieved major milestones that confirm the relevance of our positioning as a strategic gateway between Europe and China.
Among the highlights, we recorded significant growth in our turnover, driven by the diversification of our activities and the ramp-up of our offerings in both markets. We also validated new strategic sectors by entering into a client-based consulting model, with successful collaborations with players such as Sinodis, Lesaffre and Ethypharm.
We also strengthened our ability to support Chinese brands in Europe, notably with the launch of projects such as Chagee tea. Finally, 2024 marked the beginning of our first strategic partnerships with local agencies and media groups, laying the foundations for growth in the coming years.

Our ambition is clear: to become the partner of choice for European and Chinese companies in their international development.

What are the prospects for 2025?

Benoit Raoult : In 2025, we’re on a mission to build on what we’ve achieved while continuing to grow in a structured and ambitious way.
We’ll keep strengthening our presence in our current markets, supporting European companies in China and Asia, while developing a specific training programme for teams based in Europe to improve their understanding of the Chinese digital ecosystem.
The ‘Brand + Performance’ offering will also be rolled out more systematically, combining brand image and digital performance to meet the expectations of Chinese brands seeking to expand in Europe. Finally, we will accelerate our strategic partnerships with agencies, marketing tools and media groups with a view to preparing our development for 2026 and 2027.
Our ambition is clear: to become the partner of choice for European and Chinese companies in their international development. Thanks to our rigorous structure, tailored offerings and strategic alliances, we are laying the foundations today for sustainable and ambitious growth.
