DÉKUPLE continues its strong growth in the first half of 2024, with sales up 8.8%.

Paris, September 2, 2024 – The DÉKUPLE Group, experts in cross-channel data marketing, recorded a solid performance in the first half of 2024, with sales of 104.6 million euros, up 8.8% year-on-year. The Group’s gross margin rose by 5.8% to 83.5 million euros. A key factor in this performance was the continued growth of Digital Marketing activities, which posted an 18.6% increase in half-year gross margin. Capitalizing on this momentum, the Group is actively exploring new development and acquisition opportunities, in France and Europe, to strengthen its ability to support its customers in their international expansion.

Bertrand Laurioz, Chairman and CEO, comments: “Despite a difficult economic climate, DÉKUPLE had an excellent first half-year in 2024, with consolidated sales of €104.6 million, up +8.8% on the previous year, and a gross margin of €83.5 million, up +5.8%.

The continued expansion of our digital marketing activities remains a key driver of this performance. These activities now account for 63.5% of our consolidated half-year sales, with gross margin up +18.6%. This growth testifies to the relevance and effectiveness of our multi-expert data marketing solutions, responding to our customers’ complex data and artificial intelligence challenges.

Our Consulting offerings continue to enjoy solid growth momentum, with gross margin up +13.6%, driven by the diversification of their competencies. Our marketing agencies and solutions posted sustained growth of +23.8%, driven by the expansion of our technology solutions, the internationalization of our sales, and the integration of new expertise within the Group, notably with the consolidation of Groupe Grand Mercredi and Le Nouveau Bélier agency since summer 2023.

In our Magazines business, despite the challenges facing the press, we continue to invest significantly in renewing our offers to consolidate our subscription portfolio. As for our Insurance business, we are continuing to develop our supplementary health insurance offering, supported by an innovative marketing approach.

More generally, we are strengthening our capacity for innovation, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence. For over a year and a half, we have been investing heavily in this area, continually training our employees and developing our two AI Factories. Thanks to our training and support offerings, DÉKUPLE is establishing itself as a benchmark in this field, accompanying a growing number of brands in their digital transformation.

OUTLOOK

The DÉKUPLE Group is pursuing its “Ambition 2025” strategy, with the aim of becoming a European leader in data marketing. On the strength of its solid financial resources, the Group continues to invest in its Magazines and Insurance businesses to develop its portfolios of contracts that generate recurring revenues. At the same time, it is actively supporting the development of its Digital Marketing offerings, both through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Discussions are underway to explore development or acquisition opportunities, in France and abroad, in order to strengthen the Group’s ability to support its customers in their international expansion.
