Paris, September 15, 2022 – The DÉKUPLE Group, expert in cross-channel data marketing, announces the signature of its majority stake in Brainsonic, a leading communication agency in the field of engagement. This new external growth operation brings to 7 the number of companies that have joined the DÉKUPLE Group in the last 3 years. This merger strengthens the group’s expertise in conversational marketing and engagement marketing, and helps support its “Ambition 2025” strategic plan to become the European leader in data marketing.
The merger of two companies driven by common values and vision
Brainsonic is the largest company to join the DÉKUPLE group. Driven by the same values – spirit of conquest, respect and mutual support – and faithful to the virtuous multi-entrepreneur model of DÉKUPLE, which makes it so unique, Brainsonic will remain an autonomous company and will keep its brand and its management. To guarantee the success of this merger, Guillaume Mikowski will join the management team of the DÉKUPLE Group and will continue the development of Brainsonic, of which he will remain president and shareholder.
Synergies to deploy end-to-end solutions to meet increasingly complex marketing challenges
Brands today express 360° needs, whether it is branding, conversational, engagement, acquisition, activation or loyalty with performance and ROI objectives. Brainsonic’s entry into the DÉKUPLE Group completes the relevance of the global response that the Group has the capacity to bring to its clients.
For Brainsonic, this merger is an opportunity to rely on the group’s expertise in data-marketing and technology to strengthen its strategic proposals for content creation, to identify and exploit insights in a more industrial and qualitative way within the framework of conversational devices, and to provide a more accurate measurement of the return on investment during event operations, whether digital or in person.
Bertrand Laurioz, CEO of DÉKUPLE, explains: “We are delighted to welcome the Brainsonic agency teams to the Group. Brainsonic’s entry into the capital is a real development asset for DÉKUPLE. Thanks to the complementarity between our digital and data expertise, and Brainsonic’s expertise in engagement, we will create synergies and increase the performance of our marketing actions for brands, both in BtoC and BtoB. With this merger, the DÉKUPLE group now has more than 900 employees, and we are taking another exciting step towards our goal of becoming the European leader in data marketing by 2025.”
Guillaume Mikowski, co-founder and President of Brainsonic, adds: “We have been regularly approached by potential buyers for the past 15 years and we quickly established a relationship of trust with Bertrand Laurioz and the DÉKUPLE teams. Encouraged by shared values, we are convinced of the relevance of this merger with a group that, in its 50 years of existence, has always been able to offer innovative solutions, both technological and strategic, in a sector as evolving as marketing. With the DÉKUPLE group, we will accelerate our development and growth while maintaining our uniqueness as a leading conversational agency. Joining the DÉKUPLE group allows us to diversify and strengthen our expertise to accompany our clients more effectively, thanks to the contribution of data or CRM expertise for example.”
