Guy Hoquet calls on Brainsonic to revolutionise real estate agent training with AI

By partnering with Brainsonic, Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier is innovating in the training of its agents through artificial intelligence, offering a fast, personalised and effective training programme to meet market demands.

Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier, in collaboration with the Brainsonic agency (Dékuple Group), is revolutionising real estate training by integrating artificial intelligence into its programmes. For the past three years, this project has been based on the creation of trainer avatars, including that of Stéphane Fritz, president of Guy Hoquet, capable of delivering personalised educational content from a simple script. “The world is changing: we are embracing this change to further improve our training, which is the cornerstone of our business. We have mapped out the entire customer experience and employee journey to identify every interaction and every point of contact. Each iteration has become what we call a “gesture”, and each “gesture” gives rise to a training module. It’s like having a coach who helps you prepare for or reminds you of the basics of your appointment just before you go. Our goal with this new method of knowledge transfer is to bring learning closer to the action so that skills can be acquired,” explains Stéphane Fritz.

Thanks to short, dynamic video formats inspired by social media, training is becoming more human and effective. This precise segmentation of know-how also makes it possible to react quickly to market developments and produce or update modules without delay.

By the end of 2024, 200 modules are planned, continuing the trend of halving staff turnover and increasing sales performance, with a 26% increase in turnover already achieved for employees who receive regular training.

This initiative positions training as a real social ladder, strengthening Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier’s competitiveness while preparing its agents to meet the challenges of their profession. ‘It is through experimentation that we have improved the quality of the training modules and can now make the results of this colossal effort available to the network. Guy Hoquet is the first network to embrace artificial intelligence to deploy a brand new teaching method for knowledge transfer,” concludes Stéphane Fritz.

Supported by the Dékuple Group, this visionary approach illustrates the importance of artificial intelligence for digital transformation, making Guy Hoquet l’Immobilier a pioneer in the world of PropTech.
